Refund and Returns Policy

At Kids and Moms, your satisfaction is our priority, and we strive to make your shopping experience smooth and hassle-free. If you have any concerns about your purchase, we’re here to assist you.

RETURNS
A product qualifies for a return if it meets any of the following conditions:

  • Major quality defects
  • Damage during shipment
  • Incorrect product, size, or color
  1. Return Process:
  • Instant Return: Please check the product in front of the delivery person. If it meets any of the above return conditions, return it immediately.
  • Return Within 7 Days: You can return the product within 7 days of receiving the delivery, but you must notify us within 24 hours. To be eligible for a 7-day return, the item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.
  1. Non-Returnable Items: Certain products cannot be returned, including:
  • Perishable goods such as food
  • Intimate or sanitary products
  • Hazardous materials
  • Flammable liquids or gases

To complete your return, a receipt or proof of purchase is required. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

REFUND

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email or contact with you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

  1. Late or missing refunds: 

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us.

EXCHANGES 

We only replace items that are defective or damaged. If you need an exchange for the same item, please contact us. The delivery time for the exchanged product may vary depending on your location

SHIPPING:

  • If Kids and Moms is responsible for the return or exchange due to an error on our part, we will cover the delivery fee, return fee, or refund processing fees.
  • If the customer is responsible for the return, such as changing their mind or deciding not to receive the product, the customer will be responsible for the delivery fee, exchange-return fees, or refund fees.
